If an item is missing, wrong, or not of proper quality, contact us within 24 hours at +37477988890 or [email protected] with your order number. A photo helps. We will replace it, refund it, or credit you, whichever you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back the same way you paid: card payments are refunded to the same card, within 14 days at the latest, usually much faster. Card payments are never refunded in cash.
Cash payments are refunded per agreement with you.
Returning goods of proper quality
By law (RA Consumer Rights Law, Art. 23), prepared food and perishable goods cannot be returned if there is nothing wrong with them.
Packaged non-food goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days if unused, with packaging, labels, and seals intact, and with proof of payment.
