How ordering works
Placing an order takes these steps: you choose items and add them to the cart; you enter delivery or pickup details at checkout; you see the full total, including all taxes and the delivery fee, before ordering; you press the order button.
Pressing the order button creates your payment obligation, and the button itself says so. The contract between us is concluded when we accept your order; you will see an order number and a confirmation page, and receive a confirmation email if you provided an email address.
All prices are in Armenian drams (AMD) and include all applicable taxes.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed on the bank's secure page, so your card details never reach us. Cash is paid to the courier on delivery or at the counter for pickup, where offered.
Paying by card costs the same as any other method. We never add card surcharges.
Keeping a copy of your order
After ordering you get a link to your order page, which you can save or print. The confirmation email contains the same details. We recommend keeping your order number for any questions.
Complaints and disputes
If something went wrong, contact us first at +37477988890 or [email protected]. We answer within 3 working days and resolve most issues immediately.
If we cannot resolve a dispute between us, you may apply to the RA Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (an out-of-court option), or to the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
Legal restrictions
We deliver only within the Republic of Armenia, inside the coverage area shown at checkout.
Where the law restricts a product to adults (for example, alcohol to persons over 18), we may ask the courier to verify age at hand-over and refuse hand-over where the requirement is not met.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the one that applies to it.
