Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before we start preparing it. Call +37477988890 right away with your order number. If you already paid, we refund the full amount including any delivery fee.

The 14-day withdrawal right

For distance purchases, the law gives you the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the 14 days count from the day you receive them; when an order arrives in parts, from the last part; for services, from the day the contract was concluded.

When it does not apply

The withdrawal right does not cover:

• Prepared food and perishable or short shelf-life goods
• Sealed goods unsealed after delivery, where sealing protects hygiene
• Goods made to your individual order

What happens after withdrawal

We refund all payments received from you for the order, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. Where goods must be returned, we may hold the refund until we receive them or you prove you have sent them.
